A Crocodile
I want to tell you about my life, Firstly, I’m not married, So I don’t have a wife, I’m a crocodile, I’m a crocodile I can live both in water and land; I can swim in the water And walk on the sand. I’m a crocodile, I’m a crocodile When I’m hungry, I eat a fish Whether it’s small, medium or large, I just make it my perfect dish, I’m a crocodile, I’m a crocodile When I want to capture my food, I act to be dead and so get the food; My acting is very much good I am a crocodile, I am a crocodile My skin is hard like a stone, And so my bones And my muscles are flexible, I’m a crocodile, I’m a crocodile I have very hard teeth, And because of them, I can easily tear the meat, I’m a crocodile, I’m a crocodile Now, I’ve become old, But I cannot forget the days, When I used to shine like gold, I’m a crocodile, I’m a crocodile And someday finally I’ll close my eyes, But the fishes will still remember me, That I was very strong and wise, And they’ll say, "He was a crocodile, a crocodile"
