Back To Alpha
to Alpha steel vault, late nights not a mouse sound can penetrate. the windows are open but I am somewhere else safe. warmed by the comforter of dark. freed, to take the tunnel core deep into the molten mess left by a primordial god float relaxed there are no flaming hands waiting to pull me down. I am as I was created when stars were forming deciding their eons of fate, I still can not decide. looking out over a lake of possibilities tonight I see more clearly the shapes of me the answers to who. its is time to begin pulling strands weaving from the melt streams a cloth of knowing. Surely this is me, she who was meant, from the beginning. task completed, at last, I see her crisply defined that woman always meant forever through my whole being every cell singing the Hallelujah Chorus so this is why I am here a shift pulls me away faster and faster. all that I have just discovered fades further and further, melts into one big ball of essence undefined. gone, all of the answers, locked away again I rise up into a fresh morning aware of something ecstatic passing by coffee it is gone leaving a faint rumbling discomfort of longing like thunder mumbling in the distance.
