Confession
I've waited for the longest while Until this moment to say goodbye I've need one cry, a silent man's torment It's been so alive, my life keeps rolling on. Through dirt called my heart My will torn and swollen I've called so many times To get deserted notice. Until tomorrow will I laugh or sing? Does it have to rain? They don't need me there. Why should I even care? I got myself in a knot I'm a twisted man unveiled to you It's not that I don't need you But my ships been sailed down to sorrows open cave I've got the wind at my back. No hope in these tattered thoughts I'm running away never to be caught Emptiness in my grey blue world Hurt and all it's one tone bliss. Until tomorrow will my telephone ring? Am I awake again? I see you through my vacant stare You're real but you're not there. Meet me at my side, angels to help in stride Beauty now a vacant lot I guess I found my spot. Miss if you will, that smile forever chilled.
