Inside
Empty inside, unable to fill the space. It's gone, somewhere else, lost without a trace. I want to know what I'm missing, everything is going right. Why do I feel this way, why am I seeing darkness, and no light. Things are coming together, everything I want is here. What is holding me back, what is it I fear. Time keeps moving forward, like it always does. I'm just feeling so lost, I'm not feeling any buzz. I wish I knew what I wanted, a way to sort it out. I wish I knew what was missing, what is life really about. Shadows in my past, make me want to see clear. I can't help what happened yesterday, I have to persevere. Time is going forward, the pace is so fast. I need to hold it together, how long can I last. The feeling within me, it's something unknown. I've got a chance at a great life, I don't want to be alone.
