Happiness Is a Dew Drop
HAPPINESS IS A DEW DROP Happiness is dew drop in critical poise trying to adhere to the grass tips close, waits for creeping ecstasy to find ways through dry veins to the heart morose. Happiness is dew drop in delicate disguise perched on slender blades of brown grass, waits overnight for the golden sun to rise to wear the sparkling jewels of rare class. Happiness is dew drop, shines in inner light grasping the fallen sun the grass admires, tells the drop in its own way not to alight, uncover from beneath the hidden despair. Happiness is dew drop, glow in the making jewel of the morning on grass crown grows, when the sun travels over the land baking dew drop dries, the grass bends in sorrow. Happiness is dew drop of transient glow making for a while the grass a happy prince, tells everything has a time to come and go the drop will return to the grass that pines. July 10, 2017
