Opportunity 2- Man Meets Opportunity
Deep in the woods, sitting on a solitary rock, I’m contemplating in the shock, Searching the curse behind unfortunate events following that very day, Which led my life into an ocean of plight and dismay.... Tracing it back, to that doomed night, When I was stress free, so slept tight, But out of blue, someone knocked at main door, I just ignored, But knocks went on several times more. Frustrated, finally opened the door Just to find, this weird soul... Face of whom, was covered by straight long hairs Long wings ascending from his feet bare.... Much like an angel, not so beautiful, He smirked at me, in manner not-so- cool, Much to my amusement , he turned back and began to walk, Bald on backhalf of his head, was another shock. Before I could ask who he was, As the whirlwind he flew off. Since that day I never slept again Cycle of misfortunes had just began... I waited desperately every night, by the side of door... For him to show up, just once more.. Today was that day, one knock at midnight Without any delay I opened the door, And he was back within my sight. I asked who he was, He said ‘I m opportunity, boss’. He knocks at every door, One who welcomes him, is happy and more, One who ignores, meets life’s sore. This angel was OPPORTUNITY in disguise, with hidden face, Can’t be grabbed by bald head, And cannot stopped for he has winged race.
