Every day feels like an eternity, and yet it passes quick. Every day feels like a lifetime, as my love grows evermore sick. I hold my hopes high expecting the day, that you will return and say. I hold my heart heavy as rock, regretting the day you went away. So many days I questioned my love, all those days with you on my mind. So many tears for when I gave you up, I hope my heart you will find. Such wonderful memories I have cherished, of our long time passed. Such wonderful heart break bittersweet loss, I should have made our love last. Too late in the day now, to consider that I have given you up. Too late to late to admit to your heart, that my feelings for you did not stop. And here I am now, I eagerly await the answer you might give. And here you do tell me, what future may hold and what life we might live.
