Dreams The man who owned this room’s departed, All is still, Precisely as he left it Untouched, immaculately clean Mounted animals, Bears, moose, all of different sort. My attention wanders to His picture perfect paintings, Maps and such of all around. Upon the mantel Two pictures sit. Both similar, Both of his wife. First one just her face is there Second one blood cometh from a tear He did catch his picture perfect prey Then killed her on their, Wedding day There she sits on the mantel A trophy worth disappearing for. Too much “The future, the world depends on them!” “We must treat them right!” “Next generation of leaders!” “Watch what you do!” you must watch the pressures too you must treat the children like children To the Stream “Where did you go?” I went to the stream. “Why did you go to the stream?” To remember one lone dream. “What was this dream?” That life is a mystery Not just to you but to me. Where? “I did not see you where did you sit?” “next to you next to me next to words of poetry” No Life to Live when you’re Alive “I want to live I want to die I want to float I want to fly Above the clouds Into the rain To see it all To feel the pain I want to come into the room.” Said the child as he was mutilated in the whom.
