To sit and wait upon the Lord, when your world is falling apart; You tend to feel you have no hope, deep inside your heart; Is never really easy, impossible it seems at best; When your daily life it seems, is putting you through a test. To sit and wait upon the lord, as your life is nearing the end; Alone and sad are your feelings, longing for a friend. Turn you heart unto the Lord ,in honest heart felt prayer; Trust in the Father alone, all your burdens he will share.
