In Agony(For Her)
I stand alone chiseling stone, I pause briefly to feel the warmth of the purplish blue sunset ease the tension within me. I breathe with exhaustion overlooking the cities bright streets, which bring differrence to a somewhat repititive blue daydream. As the sweat drips down my face, my mind drifts away......I wonder how things will be. For I remember several dreams ago when she was all mine, now I sit on the grass outside her window with my heart in my hand. I am attached to her in a way she'll never know, a way she'll never understand. Its been awhile now since she's been gone and as days go by things don't get better. She doesn't know that at night I still smell her perfume, that from time to time when no ones around I close my eyes and sneak away to a small corner in my mind, only to weep over a picture of how comfortable her and I used to be. I've heard this song a thousand times, but never have I heard it sang this way......it hurts so much. I stand alone chiseling stone, her face is what I create....for in agony is what I am.....for her.--primothegr8
