History
No need for introductions I'm the man of the hour, Others have big plans to make me disappear into clouds of ashes, I don't now stress, I can't be treated as less, Fortunate for having beats in my heart, blood in my veins, Know I am the future despite all of your ridiculous claims, Sometimes I've seen me for a great man, Part of a wild world infected with never ending pain, These chains try to tie me down while lashes from the iron hand recites my name, Hold me down with intent to erase my existence from this dark loving earth, Eyes remain closed while I am shoved in this torturing cell, I can't be stopped no matter how this iron ball keeps me grounded suppressing my pride, No one wants part of this, no one wants to wear the glove even if it fits, It's my memories pushing me out of this hell bound spell; treat me humanly pick me up after I asked for help when I fell, I'm the man of the hour and needles on a grandfather clock waiting for the bells to sound out the sound of my pulse out loud, My judgement day has led me to days of freedom, I can fly free into the horizon without looking back thinking I really need 'em, I'm the product of the opposite of defeat, If you know what will happen simply don't let history repeat.
