Feelings Erupt From Well of Emotions
Feeling come, feelings go. How are you Feeling? Feelings well up from wells of emotions deep within the psyche Feelings are emotional responses to happenings, reflections and expectations. You may feel sad, angry, happy, depressed, frustrated, elated, ecstatic. But what are feelings and why do we become aware of them? Emotions are physical, instinctive and hard-wired. You see a lion you get scared. Seeing something funny makes you happy. There are just seven basic emotions: Fear, Anger, Sadness, Joy, Disgust, Trust, Anticipation. Feelings are mental associations and reactions to an emotion Feelings are personal, and well up from emotional experiences. There are more than 3,000 feelings, for just 7 emotions. How you feel is a response to an emotion or happening. It is something personal to you, and may differ enormously with time and circumstances. Different people also have different feelings to the same emotion. The lesson is that you can control and modify how you feel So, How are you Feeling? How do you want to Feel?
