I’ve tried to drown out the sounds of the night- I’ve yearned for the quiet of the emerald field in the Spring. I’ve thirsted for clarity when my eyes have no sight, but in my ears, all I hear is a loud ring. Free me from this racket, this uproar and confusion- Give me one more reason, to let go of this blaring illusion. Before time created sound, after the voices whispered with ease, came this articulate pronunciation, too noisy to cease. I’ve become deaf- Mute beyond reasonable doubt- If this clashing insanity continues my sensitive hearing wants out. Complete pandemonium with severe complications- I’ve become baffled and jumbled without alleviation.
