Easy Mistake
you said you needed time away from me. now, he's telling me all the things i wanted you to say. easy mistake. take me for granted one more time. please, make me a fool for you. easy mistake, i want it any way i can. my forsaken angel, i hold you up so high. it's an easy mistake. how do i get what i want this time? you're nowhere to be found. it was an easy mistake, i let you back in. you played the smiths and sang along, because you are human and you needed to be loved, just like everybody else and me. and i listened to all of the ways in which i let you down. easy mistake. we woke in the morning and you left me mourning what i knew to be inevitable. though your words weren't consistant i still felt the guilt hit when you pushed the weight back on me. it was an easy mistake.
