I Walk Alone
I walk alone as I walk alone holding out my hand waiting for you to put your hand in mine but to my dismay to this very day your hand isn’t holding mine it’s been over a year since I held you in my arms and kissed your many charms you were the best thing that ever happened to me what a fool I’ve been through the years I know I never told you so that you were the best thing that ever happened to me and the love I always had for you my love will live on in eternity I would give anything to have you walking beside me again holding on to my empty hand and seeing your loving smile smiling up at me since the day you passed away my heart is as empty as a dry well I miss you more each and everyday I regret never telling you so I know I’ll never be able to let you know how much I love you and how empty my life is without you oh how I hate that damn disease that is cancer you were too young to pass away only 52 years upon this earth without you my life has little worth until we meet again my love God, please tell Laura I love her tell Laura I need her tell Laura I miss her because I never told her so Dennis Davis December 8, 2016
