Within no time at all, we’re heading to war. Troops are called to go abroad To fight the said evil that struck us all. As if it will cure the pain, dry the tears, Keep us safe, make us strong. Whether or not we take lives now. It doesn’t matter somehow. Love cannot be found amidst the battlefield. The fight will not change the reasons Or become our shield. Power can be a deadly kiss.
