All Chances Were Lost
Perhaps my spring could have been without frost, if I had let intuition make the rightful decision: being adventurous, never fearing the unknown, but afraid of taking any risk, all chances were lost. Another dilemma stood in every laid-out plan, uncertainty hindered me to go beyond fear; and staying idle so surmounted by indecision, nothing changed my tomorrow not too clear. These painful setbacks have caused endless regrets, loves not sought and cradled, memorable events missed; my outlook seemed serene, but inside everything exploded... the joyful days were few, then came those thundering storms. Was there a more powerful force suppressing my strength, denying me the joys and pleasures I longed for all youth? Whom should I blame: me or others? Life or fate? All I am carrying inside is bitterness and hate.
