Just How To Let You Go
I thought I had finally put my past behind me I thought I'd moved on had my kids, my family, the man I thought I loved deeply around me and what I believed to be a good life then came a day that stopped me on a dime and slowly but surely those memories came rushing back flooding my mind when I could not stop them from filling my every thought that's when I knew I don't know how just to let you go Time got away from us somehow there's no way to get it back now but fate has it's way of making you see the way some things should be such as you and me it took so long to find you again yet I'm not sure if or when I'll get to hold you in my arms again and to let you know that I never knew how just to let you go I keep hoping that I'll get the chance to see you soon I really do love and miss you so many things to say hope my words won't get in the way this time like before and that's when I'll finally face my fears and tell you that for all these years I have not known how nor would I ever want to know just how to let you go
