To Change Past
Option to Change Past In my college days on teen periods of my life, I had to pass through troubles and family strife. My Father was too dominant to allow any entertainment, though I cherished academic ambition, being bright student. Over above my days were deprived of Mom’s affection. I got fatigued of lessons and examinations. After completion of my Masters, two options were left. Either to pursue higher study or service to accept. Two offers came almost simultaneous to choose, Research Scholarship or post of Lecture, either to loose. Scholarship in local Institution demanded three years- bond, Which meant imprisonment in Mom’s home will be prolonged. I left home and joined the College situated far away I had to forget research and went on my way. I could not be a Scientist like my Father That was the blunder, my silly mistake rather. I could not make proper use of my talent. All along,my life is carrying that lament If I could change my past, I must Research Work I would choose first. 03/17/16 Change My Past Contest by Nada Ivette Negron Second Place
