As an aureolin daybreak streams through the window, I waken to the face of my beloved in wisteria repose. Long locks of charcoal hair, silver-streaked, have fallen through the night across his tranquil face. Tenderly I move them to the side, then gently stroke his cheek. His eyes flutter open, revealing bright turquoise. Those amazing eyes probe the emerald depths of mine. Then reaching out, he pulls me to his chest. In his arms I am smooth magnolia against his taut and sturdy trunk. Next to his heart, I can hear its steadfast pulse begin to quicken. Persimmon, our excitement blossoms. I taste his eager mouth and start to move my hips. His lips and his fingers know my secret places and desires. They travel, feather soft, along my body. Fantastic will be the crescendo to our crimson climax followed by the lingering in its aftermath of fuchsia bliss. Written March 12, 2016 Color shades used: for yellow/ aureolin; for purple/wisteria; for black/ charcoal; for grey/ silver; for blue/ turquoise; for green/ emerald; for white/ magnolia; for orange/ persimmon; for red/ crimson; for pink/ fuchsia
