My 4 Walls
After several years of adolescence I finally scaled the wall of adulthood. Trying many times before, I had only managed to butt heads. One day a frisky filly, gave me a kick and over the wall I went. Once over that wall, I encountered the wall of responsibility. I walked beside it for a while. After my first son was born, I scratched and clawed until I got over. No sooner than I had cleared it, I came face to face, with the wall of accountability. It would be many years before I would even think about climbing that wall. Every time I would get close I would always blame my shortcomings and fears on others. There were many setbacks until one day a strong feminine hand pulled me on top so I could see the light. Then I felt I had become a real man and my life changed for the better. I could see the choices I had been making were holding me back. Now, unrestrained I travel to the final wall, where I am certain there will be a helping hand. Feb 22 2016 By Daniel Turner
