Syrellimus Suncragg
Syrellimus Suncragg simply loved to play, on his computer he'd wage war each day, though with his mum he would battle too just because she held a differing view. For homework seemed to take third place, as after school he would homeward race, dash up to his room and start his game, only food could help him hear his name. "Let me see what work you did tonight", was the cry mum made, for none was in sight, "Oh mum, it's not here I did it all in break" to believe that might be a big mistake. The siren call of the console was all he heard, to the older folk it might seem quite absurd, but reality didn't seem to offer him much, so he played out the roles of soldiers and such. At least in the confines of his own four walls, he was safe from the dangers of Khaki calls, those that had snared so many young men before, whose mums still dreamt they might come back through the door... ©Rhumour November 22nd 2010
