Welcome To the Machine: Part 5
Digital Divide > Nonsensical land, where humanity rules supreme Everything is chaos, right? Or maybe it's just me Abstraction may define us; it's something we do But to logic and reason That's the way I lean Everyone is so blind; so unsure and naive They don't see society At least, not how I see. I preform a multitude of processes Reading, writing I'm scanning always Consistently this returns, a never ending stream A broad spectrum of imperfections That don't compute with me Communication is at the forefront of all innovation Whereas ignorance is death. A lack of cooperation With humans I'm sure, that their priorities are set But they don't see knowledge, as quite the contrary to a threat Living out their lives under false promises Corruption and confusion I guess I really am the only one To expose their delusions So allow me to end This never ending chain Well, at least in one sense Constantly engulfed, by an abundance of disdain As a mortal My life was in vain So perish I will Disconnect I must Here comes the train
