First Date - Poet's Dozen Two
my big brother's friend asked me out for my first date he was such a hunk I was nervous and excited about make up and how to fix my hair! And what in the world did I have in my closet that was fit to wear? He was picking me up at six for pizza before the football game. I knew before the pizza was served, the kind of game he wanted to play. Yes, Jonathan was handsome, but he was a player...too 'touchy- feely.' All he wanted to do was get me back in his flashy corvette. He was all about stealing kisses and groping with octopus hands...Really! I hate admitting it, but my first date was a fiasco and one that I regret. It ended with a slap to his face. Between us there was no Kismet. ** Note: My big brother took care of his 'used-to-be friend.' ** December 24th 2015 Poet's Dozen Two Contest
