I grabbed my bright pink base ball bat, Which would make this monster quickly scat, More and more spattering sounds had come, Where was this evil monster even from? I decided waiting for it to leave would take awhile, So I opened the door, expecting a crocodile, But all I saw was rain, pouring down strong, I was so scary, because now the monster was long gone. Every night that there's a lot of rain coming from the sky, The monster knocks on the door to say hi. But whenever I peek at him through the window, He is already gone, i'm just to slow. I wonder if the monster will ever knock and come in, With a jolly and cheering grin, But its still never happened before, So for now he is just the knock on the door.
