Santa's Gift
Santa's gift Santa was at the store the other day. When he came out, he saw a little boy. The little boy was crying. Santa right away saw the little boy was dressed in rags. Santa asks the little boy what was wrong. The boy said in these words. I'm not having Christmas this year. For my father has no job and we are going to move. My mother has cancer and hard time with it is catching up to her. My sister is little, happy child and I feel sorry for her because I have no gift. I wrote to Santa asking him to bring a doll. I want nothing but happiness for her. This brought tears to Santa's eyes. He told the boy to wait right there. He went to the store and bought the little girl her doll and the boy in the truck he had asked for in his letter. Santa went outside and handed the gift to the little boy and said in a deep but sad voice MERRY CHRISTMAS And walked away. the little boy looked at Santa and smiled for he knew that Santa and him were the only ones that knew the store.
