New Love
Those moments when the heart remembers what it's like to fall in love, and wants to revisit that feeling... The feeling of seemingly forever falling from a great height, the butterflies in the stomach, the nervousness, the sweaty palms, the rapid heartbeats... the fear of taking the wrong step and ruining everything. Then there's the first kiss.... the soul-shocking explosion of heart and mind as they get blown away by that other person. The clingyness, the fear of driving that person away with said clingyness, the fear of losing said person to someone (or something) else, producing more clingyness... But the heart remembers it all so well, it feels the fears, but knowingly takes that leap over and over again, no matter how many times it's broken. Now that you have a glimpse of how it feels, what do you do?
