Never Goodbye
Can you tell me how to say the words? When you ain’t here to hear them And never enough yet never enough to be heard When it’s been a long day without you… my friend There are so many roads to take Did I happen to share one with you? That end of the road will you await? When my last ride shall come to reveal… More than friends to become a family Are we here without a chance to say goodbye? Weaker and stronger to evermore be I will still choose the words to say “Hi” Living in our hearts without a body A surviving soul living stronger an evermore And stronger I live because you showed me That in death… you continue to live on Have you the words to say? When it’s my turn to hear them… It has been a long day Been a long day without you… my friend …………………… 11/05/2015 (Tribute to Paul Walker)
