The Death of Sanity
One day in life starts and everything goes so right Then suddenly the day begins to slide Falling down from what once seemed so good Now you see was just a rise before the fall The day of promise only lasted halfway It was then the spin began The spin to lead your life further out of control When you look back you see It was not only that day that had turned bad All the good thought you had May not really be that way When sitting there at a time when you must Realizing that there is absolutely no one you can trust Now you ask... Why is all this happening? You are on the edge of sanity About to break Feeling like you must run But how? You sit with your legs tied down. Why should you wonder where? Is there any reason to wonder how?' Who cares why? This is the death of sanity!
