Last Time (Dedicated To Virginia Tech and To the Families)
Tears run down the faces of friends and families today. It only took one moment to change their lives forever. The faces they saw everyday going to class are gone. No more will it be the same again walking in school. It all happen so fast that no one even noticed. All thirty two souls were taken away by one person. Piercing gun shots shook the school grounds. Lost in the moment of terror and chaos. The campus became a horrifying nightmare. Parents calling their children just to hear their voice. Loud sirens came over in heavy despair. The blue and red lights flashing their way through. Lifeless bodies were carried off on the cold floor. Unable to answer the cell phone ringing in their pocket. So many young lives were lost that day. We take things for granted all the time. Thinking there will be another tomorrow. To talk to that person and tell them later. If only we had known this before. So we can just say I love you one more last time.
