She's Gone To War-A Kiss,Life,Gift-
She's gone to war and will never come home, she carries a gift with her and holds it close to her heart. She remembers a kiss she received from her husband, the same day she had to leave they had tears in their eyes. She left behind a child of only three years old, she carries this gift around with her everywhere she goes. Bullets fly past her head she finds a trench to jump in, soldiers fall alongside her she can't feel anything for them now. This is the life she was put into it wasn't meant to be this way, she wanted to be back at home looking after her family. She pulled out the little gift that she held close to her heart, it was a tiny gold locket shaped like a heart, with pictures inside. She grabbed onto it tightly and said a little prayer, wishing to get back home to get out of the hell she was in. She opened up the tiny gold locket looked at the pictures held within it, a picture of her husband and daughter tears trickled down her face. Gunfire surrounded her and her friends an ambush was about due, fighting 'neath the hot Summer sun was something they couldn't take anymore. The soldiers all stuck together one by one, they were taken out, the tiny gold locket remains open as another soldier goes off to war.
