God's Gift To Humanity
God gave us a gift this blue marble we call Earth, He had a divine plan during the Universe's birth. He scattered the stars throughout the galaxy, His paintbrush was never put down He was thinking of you and me. The planets were created so we wouldn't be alone, it is nice to travel into space away from our blue and green home. We should think more clearly about what He's done for us, stop and smell the roses instead of making a big fuss. We are ruining our home by polluting the air we breathe, instead of loving our gift every day something that was created for you and me. We fight over a piece of dirt one that's owned by everyone, God holds sadness in His heart to see the children we have become. God's gift to humanity was created from His heart, I take pride in it every day and am thankful for His beautiful art. Copyright © Cynthia Jones Dec.10/2014 I was sitting and watching t.v. and I had a couple of lines in my head I couldn't seem to lose. I decided to sit down and write this. After the first couple of lines, the rest of it was a piece of cake.
