Arrow
Walking through these halls, I feel the arrow penetrate... Hitting the walls! That could never sedate. The words you spoke. The ones I hate. If U knew I would go through pain. Then that day, U should have never looked my way. The arrow was Aimed at my heart, but it was to late to break. What's already shattered! Scattered across these faded memories... Why did U say the words, if U didn't want them to hurt? Burning through my skin! Trying to let the memory free... But then i'd see! How it was supposed to be. What I should have done sooner. Instead of waiting until it was over. I had everything to loose, and nothing left to gain. You took a shot at me. And I should have seen. That it wasn't meant to be. But I stepped in front of your arrow... I should have jumped for cover. But it was a hit in the moment. The sweet taste of the words, I should have said. If I would have known What lied, in the future tide. Some ships are not meant to sail. We crashed! Never to be risen... And I would rather hate you, than cry myself to sleep... and see the truth, that I hide behind these walls! In these lonely halls.
