Doctor Nature
As the sun dips low into a haze, A gentle breeze blows & tickles my face, I relax my forlorn face into a smile, Forget all my troubles for a while. I slowly get out of my thoughts' trap, Let myself fall into the nature's lap, Its a pleasant weather with a chill in the air, My most favorite season winter is here. The pinkish sky & the almost set sun, Capture my attention on the horizon, Pretty chirpy birds are seen there too, Flying away to the tree tops few. A cold gust of wind blows into my face, With great joy, against the flow I race, It freshens me up and clears my mind, In the company of nature happiness I find. That's how nature in our lives plays a role, Offering solace to the forlorn and wounded souls, Every sight of nature on my wounds is a balm, And I return to life's battles rejuvenated and calm..
