The Most Powerful
The Most Powerful I have often wondered what it was And today it all became so clear So I knelt down and said a prayer Because the revelation caused a tear I’ve heard it here and there a lot Over all my many years on earth And I wonder how many times untrue I’ve heard it since the days of my birth I know there are many died in vain Because the use of it so easily done And no care taken for it hither or yon Except the destruction it left on the chosen one Who knows the meaning more than God? He gave up his only son from above To die on the cross for the sins of the world For the most powerful word in the world…..love. Just read it in the holy word It is written out plain as can be “For God so loved the world….” And it is talking about you and me. Connie Moore August 4, 2014
