The Impossible - Ch, 4 - Hanging Overhead
The aqua-blue sky’s currents are overhead… Showering rain of soft, but pitiful dread I’ve cried too many times now… My hopes are no longer sea-deep and my woes are gone somehow Pray for me, brethren… Let His glory carry me throughout the night He brought me out of the lion’s den My heart isn’t beating like the drums during midnight… Are you frightened of what I’d do to you? Direct me like an emerald compass You make me feel like a star, glittering with glory and joyful gratitude… Let me share with you all my attitude of gratitude, not my stinking attitude You’re like a best scene in a movie theatres My eye sight blurs…His words injures… My heart, but I’ll keep trekking o-on the road of recovery… I swear by the moment that I’ve captured you in a perfect photo – you’re the model and I’m the photographer Together forever was a lie to begin with…I’m seriously damaged…who can repair me now? It’s not promising nor was it a miracle honestly…it was a sugar-coated myth…get over it, don’t tell me The Bible’s a myth…God’s Word took me out of the wicked abyss and who knows how He did it – I wanna know how He crafts His miracles daily…and pushes away the death cart and mends each and every broken heart Though I witness them scarcely…but I’m still a believer…for the most part! Live for the future and now! Let us not fuss! We need to hold each other without a trace of fear Nothing will come our way to separate us – we’re in the same bus We’re not total opposites – you’re the sun and I’m the moon – we both shine like no other and we’re both dancing in cheer I’m prepared to see you shine like the day Melt away my disdain and my lament-blossoming dismay! Let’s prepare for the future bright opportunities That would make us have more energy and put our minds at ease HATING you wasn’t my favorite thing to do to be exact! So eagerly, I loved you as a friend and sister – that’s a fact! You made an impact in my life each and every day Even when the once aqua-blue sky turns gray You transformed the night into day miraculously – I loved when you did it in such an enchanting and invigorating way! Look into my eyes and reflect upon me Look into my eyes and think about me What are you pondering about? Your pangs of guilt for past mistakes? Drive out all doubt Drive it all away…drive it all away… You can do the impossible one way or another – take your time each and every single sun-shining day You were as cold as ice, couldn’t help but walk away Love blinded me for ages, I pray that you and everything’s ok!! Stay here for the time being… I have to grow by letting things go… I see my high hopes fleeing…fleeting…as I accept God’s gratitude-engaged greeting…I can’t wait to be in God’s meeting! Am I going away from His light? – I don’t feel His blessed breeze blow and this feeling of hopelessness begins to grow Don’t you know I miss it and miss Him so? I feel raindrops from bitter clouds…don’t sprinkle me with that filthy dread! You’re a nightmare, all in my head…all in my head… Depression shrouds are hanging overhead…
