Black and White
Black And White One late Summer night, He'd done all he could to hold up the fight. But Heaven decided to call him home. It was time for him to go. In the very moment before his last breath met his last heartbeat in death, only he could truly know. Sometimes it takes years. Sometimes it takes hours. Fighting through the tears, Cold and lifeless showers. Love lives on. Even when life is long gone. Even when it doesn't feel like its there. It's out there somewhere. Sometimes it takes years. Sometimes it takes hours. Fighting through the tears, Cold and lifeless showers. It takes strength and a courage not many can face to endure the tragedy of following in faith. It's hard to be brave when you can't see the face of grace. In a long black box, Token filled shoes and socks. It's a black and white world when you find the coffin within. Sometimes it takes years. Sometimes it takes hours. Fighting through the tears. Cold and lifeless showers. Death only exists with your last breath.
