Orange Line
As we watch the sunset, the time has come, We have to say our goodbyes already? “It’s not “Goodbye,” it’s “So long,” for we’ll meet again soon.” But the tears on your face fall steady. I don’t want to let those times go, For all we have are the memories, But maybe we can live again with each other, And unlock each other with the keys. The train bell cries out, breaking the conversations of the people, And it’s already time for me to leave you here alone. “Don’t worry, just be happy, because, I’ll be waiting for you, standing like stone.” How you make everything positive, when we have to separate, To me is a mystery. But it’s making me feel better about this, I know you’ll come back to me. Before we met, there was a huge world out there, I was just so afraid and nervous to step out and explore. But when I met you, everything was okay. You helped me see more. But we’ll be together once more, And I’ll wait for that moment to come. Even if we can’t come back together, please call me, I know it’s quite a sum. I wave to you, From inside the Orange Line, Blow a kiss, To give you a sign. I love you.
