Red Riding Hood With a Twist
There's a girl everyone should Know--Little Red Riding Hood Who had some troubles on the way To visit her grandma that day She just got new glasses to try That were cool and really "fly" But still blurry and not quite ready To adjust--her eyes not steady When she arrived there were not locks On the door because the "fox" Left it open so that she Could come in so merrily A happy girl for his dinner Would make him fatter and not thinner For dessert cause he just ate Grandma about seven or eight She had a basket of goodies "Fake" granny got--but soon would she Notice before its too late For this foxes dinner date She leaned in close without the fear That somethings wrong--how could he dare Trick this sweet and gentle child Who is kind and very mild Never causing any hurt But he don't care--fixing the skirt That he stole from granny's clothes She's painting his fingers and toes With some light yellow and green Nail polish--what a scene Playing board games just for fun A slumber party has begun Making popcorn, watching shows A new friendship starts to grow His heart is melting really fast He's trying so hard to pass Up the feelings that are building Reducing his craving for killing This child who is only six So he makes a bed up quick And tucks her in with lots of care A soft cuddly teddy bear Is put in her arms to hold tight As fox hugs her through the night
