Or if they do they don't take the time to show me that they care. There was a time when things like, this would have cut me to the bone. But that was long ago, before I bonded with alone. As awful as alone can be, so many people have said. Alone has been good to me and puts no poisons in my head. I can always trust alone for it's never in disguise. Alone would never leave me feeling bad by telling hurtful lies. Alone let's me think things out and helps me conquer many fears. And alone has quietly sat with me as I shed a million tears.
