Learned
Over the many years of life, through all the trials and tribulations, I've never learned as much as I've learned this part year. It's been uphills and lots of downhills. It's been true life experiences. Some of which I never want to forget. When it comes to friends, though many are plentiful joy, some will stab you in the back, crush your spirit, and break your heart. Some you may fight with over and over, yet the friendship is infinite. Others you decide aren't worth fighting for. It isn't worth it to save. Sometimes even the friends you through you knew so well end up being someone else entirely. People change, friendships die, and in the end you just feel lost. Relationships seem to be much more drama filled. Boys are just so difficult to deal with at times. One day you feel so complete and the next your world comes crashing down. Don't count on people to be honest. We live in a world filled with liars. Don't expect people to change. Change is something that has to wanted not forced. In a time where you hardly get what you want, don't desire impossible things. When you don't get it, the disappointment burns like fire. The sadness runs deep. Don't run onto things either. The day they slip from your grip will be the day the sun quits shining. As you can see, I've learned a lot over these past months. But the one things I've learned that's bigger than all the others: Don't count on anyone to get you where you want to be. It's merely up to you.
