I turn my face to the sun ... sigh in delight. Getting rid of the winter was a long, hard fight. The breeze is cool, still carrying a nip to remind us this season has just begun. As I watch the hummingbirds taking a sip I'm thankful for the coming of sun, finally believing this battle is won. Winter you're gone, you'll not be missed. I don't care if you return no more.
