Love Is Dead
I have been heartbroken again. Never will I say that true love can be found in the most unexpected place, that is wrong, the truth is, love sank when the Titanic did Money and sex are more important than love and loyalty, to be honest and sincere is no more the right thing to do; cheating and flirting around is the most profitable venture. To forgive those who broke my heart seems impossible but I will. Trying to love myself again is what I never believed in. Heartbreak is what I give to bad girls. look and leave... Is the thought that fills my heart. "I need love to live" is a lie and "all girls are cheats". Marriage is not meant for this generation. it is absurd to say that there is true love, except we reverse it (This is a Reverse or Palindrome poem, you can read it from bottom to top) Adeleke Adeite © 2014
