Who Does the Barber's Hair
Who does the barber's hair? Life is funny It has a way of smacking us on the face; we are helpers of the helpless; yet we receive not such help ourselves When we desperately seek the same help, no one comes; in our darkest moments when we need a hand to point to the light, they fold their hands. Experience has taught us lessons; is experience the best teacher? Or we just find comfort in knowing the fact We constantly learn tools of trade to help others, who will help us? Who helps the strong? Who buys food for the rich? Who does the barber's hair? It hurts to wait for help that never comes; alone you came in the world alone you will depart Silly concept it is, but however true. Who does the barber's hair? We are receivers none of us are givers; we pretend to be worshippers of Jesus But it is only a mask to entertain the entertained. Martin Luther King, Malcolm X were true barbers But who will do the barber’s hair. Please tell us... Written by Tawona M Ranganawa
