Sitting In the Shade of a Dyvi-Dyvi Tree
Sitting in the Shade of a Dyvi-Dyvi Tree Enjoying the breeze, my book on my knee. Watching the smiles of the sun-seekers glee, As I sit in the shade of a Dyvi-dyvi tree. The sea is turquoise, the sand ivory, Warm winds howl, as I sit in the lee, Sitting in the shade of a dyvi-dyvi tree. The boats bob and weave, swinging on their hooks, Kite surfers scream, drawing many looks There's nothing quite as peaceful, as Aruba tends to be, While sitting in the shade of a dyvi-dyvi tree. Maybe take a walk on this gorgeous beach I see, Or maybe just sit happily under this dyvi-dyvi tree. The large hotels abound, as far as the eye can see, All choked with tourists, sunburned and free Sittinng in the shade of a dyvi-dyvi tree, A rum drink in my hand, maybe two, maybe three, Pondering life, isn't it grand? Stress is minimal, playing in the sand The vacation is waning, a tear in my eye, As I gaze up into the azure sky Our trip has been stellar, the company A-One, But its not goodbye, just done with the sun But one thing remains, for all eternity, There'll always be shade under this dyvi-dyvi tree But I'm happy here, with my wonderful family Sitting in the shade my dyvi-dyvi tree!!
