Antipication of the End
The hour is early and the mind at ease Your quilt laid its last tale of a peacefull disease Your soul cant wait for the one to upheed I lie effortless and patient as you fall asleep Waiting in the shadows of your vacant mind I shine my sword for it wont be kind Your end is near can you feel the climb As you heart is pacing like a bomb with no time Your ready for the end or so you think I creep from behind and draw with no blink The steel from my blade plumetts through your chest As the paper with your poems are now red with distress It covers your words like a cloak in the rain As the inscribed feelings dance with the ink as you are slain The paper now red and your mind hits the floor Last thing you see is my hand next to yours Clutching it as if I have ruined Gods soul I took the words of the fallen and digest them whole As the echos of your work do enter my mind The tears shed my dark as I watch from behind The balance has shifted from our loss of your work I killed another poet, devils hand has a fork As he chews on the mighty that entered his realm He smiles knowing his poetry has just begun
