Enter Poem or Quote (Required)Required Young man, cheating is like investing in self-sorrow You inflict now, the pain on yourself that you’re only going to feel in future Look at life this way and observe As we look around and find that there’s no one watching us We quickly run into the darkness and betray those who trust us Not for long, light comes in and we’re seen For we’re always found out, one way or another And we realize how these walls have been blessed with sight No walls befriend any man Never hide behind them, it’s foolish to confide behind walls It’s foolish to act and hide Yet wise are the acts of light Thick plastered as they may be, these walls can clearly see And beautifully colored as they may be, these walls will tell all your dark secrets News goes out and the world is told “The young man has cheated” He pulls in all efforts to get his remorse across She feels betrayed She feels better with time and the wheel of her life starts to roll I thought that was all in the past and said to my friends And to myself “I have only cheated one person in my life” I was disturbed by the sarcastic laugh of Time As maturity arrived with a message that said: “I came to tell you that when you were cheating on that person, you were also cheating on yourself” You couldn’t see it then because when the ‘betrayed’ sought for answers and understanding You went away as you didn’t realize that you would also become tomorrow A victim of your now actions Young man.
