The sun dips into the shore, as if the earth swallows up the sun, I am standing on the beach, thinking of you, seeing you, wanting you and needing you, As the waves hit the beach, and the tide rolls in, the night becomes cooler, My skin and body become chilled and then it comes over me, the loneliness, the emptiness, the emotions and I remember all too well the day you died in my arms and left me.
