No Mark
I leave no mark There's nothing to erase My voice doesn't echo My words leave no trace Sometimes I feel alone It doesn't really matter though cause no one notices She's too busy being smart He's too busy being playing his part The play in which I didn't attend I don't have what it takes to gain admissions I just skid along Waiting for my turn It'll never be me on top perfoming in direct spot light cause I don't deserve it The wind blowing so chilly on my face At home their's expectations theirs dreams that I want to chase I'm in search of my identity Can someone hire a foreinsic scientist To do all the dirty work for me? My hands are dusty and desprate to make their imprint But I leave no marks Each passing day As the realization gets blasted into my head My heart sinks a little deeper My mind state gets a little weaker and my happiness decreases even steeper When will it be my turn? That's all i've ever wanted to know
