The Rhythm of Your Song
Since love came along, the ghost of a song constantly haunts my soul. The rhythm is sweet, but words incomplete leave the story untold. The words try to say, with me you'll stay until forever is gone. Expressions unheard leave my senses stirred by the rhythm of your song. The rhythm of your song is sweet and oh, so strong. It's no miracle the words are never heard. Somewhere between the beat and the words, still incomplete, there's a feeling that forgives the missing words. The rhythm is there, it seems so unfair for the words to hide from the beat. My heart holds a fear I'll never hear your words make the song complete. Love will endure and, one day I'm sure the phrases will come along to join with the beat and render complete the meaning of your song. The rhythm of your song is sweet and oh, so strong. It's no miracle the words are never heard. Somewhere between the beat and the words, still incomplete, there's a feeling that forgives the missing word
